Hayward, CA Facility
Operations Manager for Com-Cycle
AERC is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to manage our electronics subsidiary, Com-Cycle. Com-Cycle specializes in re-marketing recycled electronics such as servers and personal computers. This part of the AERC business has grown 6 fold in the past three years and we expect to see this trend continue. We need an experienced manager to help keep up with the growth of this exciting industry. This is a hands on and at times dirty job with a lot of time spent in the warehouse working with the facility personnel.
Position Description
-Managing production in the warehouse
-Watching costs and expenses while trying to maximize profits
-Finding outlets for used electronic material
-Working with AERC and other Com-Cycle facilities across the US to find best pricing
-Fast paced environment with constant challenges
-Managing personnel
